January: decay and decadence

I have found something to love about January: photos! And now that I have a working phone-camera again I am on the hunt for fun, decay-filled things to shoot. And some sunrises too, because Lard (a term we learned from a church kiosk with a few misspellings) knows that winter time is the only time I’m up for sunrises.

drowning leaves, frozen

grass in ice

a pumpkin leaf in a frozen puddle

Abandoned cherry tomatoes in a frozen garden puddle

the crab apple ages well

still hinged, after all these years

crab apple sunrise in fog

rotten sunflower seeds, or maybe dragon scales
